I love trash
Back when I was a lad I wrote a blogspot post about scrapping transformers called "A neglected copper mine". It blew up, being viewed 10s of times -mostly by me - and I've been chasing that giddy high of finding treasure in trash ever since. It drove me to create my first company, ReMine, where I cut my teeth scrapping everything I could. I wanted to find ways to excite people and incentivize them to dip their toes into the circular economy. We ran e-waste collection events, built systems to work faster and became obsessed with recycling everything we could.

Finding new ways to seperate scrap isn't my only creative outliet. I also love storytelling, especially through digital video. I started Fablehouse Studio to bring creative ideas to life—scripting, directing, mixing, and editing everything from live events to my own 180-episode micro-series.
I also co-founded DIY Craft and Thrift with my partner, bringing New Hampshire it's first Creative Reuse store. We help keep artistic supplys out of the landfill and make art accesible for everyone, no matter their budget.

Automating the Headache Away
At FIS, I spent 13 years turning messy, manual systems into well-oiled, automated machines. I lived by the wisdom of my ancients- If you have to do it twice, write a script. Just because its the way its always been doesn't mean it can't be done better.
Whether I was replacing manual checks with automated alerts or authoring troubleshooting guides to empower the staff, I cut my teeth solving heavy, complex enterprise problems so that other people didn't have to.

As a Tier 3 Escalation Engineer and Manager at Cisco Systems, I didn't just troubleshoot the toughest issues for our highest-value Umbrella customers—I was also responsible for hiring and managing a team of 12 engineers spread across three different time zones.
To help manage the chaos, I became an early adopter of AI, creating automations for ticket analysis and my own custom manager dashboards to surface and respond to negative feedback before it became a problem.
